TRAINING DAY 5
LATEST NEWS
This morning competitors saw their first polar bear, a moving spot on the horizon about 600 meters away from camp. Competitors spent the morning in weapons practise, and then set off for Camp 2. The evening was spent practising polar bear drills and the second night of tent routine - last night competitors found they were a bit rusty compared to their skills after the 5 day training expedition in Norway - tonight they are already improving and speeding up. Having a quick efficient tent routine could make the team that win the race.
